Often church members request the use of the facilities for different personal events. The following guidelines will be helpful as you plan an activity to be held here on site.
Baby and wedding showers - The church itself does not give showers. However, any member desiring to use the church facilities to give a shower for another member should make arrangements through the church office.
Weddings, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, and anniversary receptions - Events such as these must be arranged well in advance through the church office. Information forms are distributed from the church office.
Sunday school activities - Arrangements must be made through the church office.
Approval for the use of the church and school facilities is given by the church office after consideration has been given to the regular church and school calendar.
